CAN I PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?

No unfortunately, not at the moment. We currently only deliver within Australia. Stay tuned for any future developments.


 

HOW WILL MY ORDERS COME PACKAGED?

All items will be carefully protected with wrapping and placed inside a post satchel or cardboard box to protect them during delivery. However Insurance is always recommended even with free delivery.

 

COLOUR ON THE INTERNET

Please keep in mind that colour monitors display colours differently. Woodwick Australia endeavours to accurately display the colours of the products you see on the website. However, there may be slight variations from colours displayed on screen to real product that are beyond our control.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as a confirmation email including order number and the total amount (AUD) to be charged.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once you have placed your order through this site, you will receive a confirmation email with information about your purchase and an order number. You will also be notified via email when your order has been dispatched. To check on the status of any other order please email sale@allbeds.com.au


WHAT ARE THE PROMO CODES AT THE CHECKOUT?

www.candles2go.com.au frequently gives you the opportunity to take advantage of special offers by entering promo codes upon checkout. These promo codes are available for online orders only and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Only one promo code may be used per order.


 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?

You can cancel or make changes to your order until it is submitted to our warehouse for dispatch. After this point we cannot change or cancel it. If you have placed an order and you wish to change or cancel it, please contact us immediately on 02 46259164.

Please DO NOT EMAIL us with your request, as it is quite possible that your email will not be opened prior to the order being submitted to the warehouse.

Unfortunately, we cannot change your order once it has been submitted for dispatch.


WHAT DO I DO IF I AM HAVING PROBLEMS PLACING AN ONLINE ORDER?

Shipping is currently only available within Australia, typical delivery times expected are:

* Melbourne - Approximately 1-3 business days 

* Sydney, - Approximately 3-5 business days 

* Adelaide - Approximately 5-7 business days 

* Brisbane, - Approximately 4-7 business days.

* Perth - Approximately 6-10 business days.

 All areas outside these metro locations please allow up to 8-10 business days.

Yes, you can arrange the collection of your order from our showroom/warehouse 
We will contact you to inform you when your order is ready to be picked up.

We will try our best to dispatch within 3-5 working days, however, orders may take upto 15 days to be dispatched in certain cases.
